Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour oil into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Tilt pan until the bottom is covered with oil. Put the remaining ingredients into the pan; stir with a fork or spoon until blended (about 2 minutes). Scrape the sides and spread the batter evenly in the pan. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cooled cake may be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
