Lemon Supreme Pound Cake

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Do not over mix. Bake in a greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan for 45 to 55 minutes, until the center springs back when touched lightly. Cool right side up for about 25 minutes, then remove from the pan.
  2. For the glaze: Blend powdered sugar with either 2 tbsp. milk or lemon juice. Drizzle over the cake.
  3. *This is my favorite easy lemon cake.*
