Original Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies

Steps

1. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. *(I usually double the recipe.)*
