Crust:

20 Hydrox cookies (crushed) 1/2 cup melted butter

Filling:

1 cup sweetened condensed milk 1 cup lemon juice (fresh) 2 tbsp. lemon rind 1 cup whipped cream (1/2 pint)

Mix crust ingredients and press into a pie tin. Refrigerate.
Mix filling ingredients. Fold in whipped cream.
Place mixture in the chilled pie crust. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Chill for 3 hours.
