Steps

Mix all ingredients. Spread over the top of a warm 13 x 9 x 2-inch oblong cake. Broil 3 inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Watch carefully, as it can burn quickly.
*This is the frosting I love to use on spice cake.*
