Steps

Cook all ingredients until the desired thickness. Get jars hot in the oven. Put lids in hot water. Fill jars with hot salsa and seal with lids and rings.

9 cups chopped peeled tomatoes
3 cups chopped onions
3 cups chopped green peppers
8 chopped jalapeños (with seeds)
Additional Ingredients:
8 cloves chopped garlic
1 cup vinegar
1 medium-sized can tomato paste
5 tsp. canning salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp. cumin
