Canned Salsa

Ingredients

Vegetables:

9 cups chopped peeled tomatoes 3 cups chopped onions 3 cups chopped green peppers 8 chopped jalapeños (with seeds)

Additional Ingredients:

8 cloves chopped garlic 1 cup vinegar 1 medium-sized can tomato paste 5 tsp. canning salt 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 cup chopped parsley 1 tsp. cumin

Instructions

Cook all ingredients until the desired thickness. Get jars hot in the oven. Put lids in hot water. Fill jars with hot salsa and seal with lids and rings.
