Stir thoroughly and heat in the microwave until sugar dissolves (about 1 minute). Pour the frosting over the marshmallows and reheat as needed to ensure proper flow. **On Stove:** Melt the chocolate and ingredients over low heat while stirring frequently. Pour over the marshmallows.
