1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 2/3 cup oil 1 cup buttermilk or sour milk 1/2 cup nuts 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 + 2 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 cup diced rhubarb

Instructions

Put together in order given. Bake in 3 small baking pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
